The service provider of the JegoTrip platform (or "we") deeply understands the importance of protecting the personal information security and privacy of children (referring to minors under the age of fourteen according to the "Regulations on the Protection of Children's Personal Information Online", the same below). Based on the JegoTrip Privacy Policy, we wish to explain through the "JegoTrip Children's Personal Information Protection Rules and Guardian Notice" (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") the corresponding processing rules regarding the online collection and use of personal information of your child or the child under your guardianship (collectively referred to as "Child Users") within China. As the parent or other guardian of the Child User (collectively referred to as "you" or "the guardian"), you must read carefully and thoroughly understand this Policy before using JegoTrip's products and services (collectively referred to as "our Products and Services"), paying particular attention to the terms indicated in bold. Please confirm your full understanding and agreement to all terms before starting use.

The understanding and cooperation of guardians are essential for us to protect the personal information and privacy security of Child Users. To safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of Child Users, we will take special measures to protect the personal information of Child Users we obtain in accordance with this Policy. If the guardian does not agree to the content of this Policy, please immediately stop submitting the Child User's personal information to us or cease accessing/using our Products and Services.

This Policy applies to our activities of online collection, storage, use, transfer, sharing, and disclosure of children's personal information within the People's Republic of China through the JegoTrip APP. This Policy is a special rule formulated based on the JegoTrip Privacy Policy. In case of any inconsistency with the JegoTrip Privacy Policy, this Policy shall prevail; matters not specified herein shall be governed by reference to the JegoTrip Privacy Policy.

This Policy will help you understand the following:

1. How We Collect and Use Children's Personal Information

We will strictly fulfill the obligations and responsibilities for protecting children's personal information as stipulated by laws and regulations, adhering to the principles of legitimacy and necessity, informed consent, clear purpose, security assurance, and lawful utilization. We will collect and use the personal information of Child Users only after obtaining the guardian's consent. Your active provision of the Child User's personal information while using our products or services, such as when purchasing air tickets or other travel products or services for the Child User, indicates your agreement to our collection and use of the Child User's personal information in accordance with this Policy.

During your use of our Products and Services, to provide our Products and Services to you or the Child User, we may collect and use the Child User's personal information, involving: name, identification document number, mobile phone number, used for purchasing products or services such as air tickets, train tickets, and attraction tickets for the child.

Your active provision of the child's personal information while using the aforementioned products and services indicates that you have agreed to our collection and use of the child's personal information in accordance with the provisions of these Rules.

For specific purposes of use, scope of personal information collection, and consequences of refusing to provide corresponding information, please refer to the JegoTrip Privacy Policy for details.

Furthermore, we may also automatically collect personal information of you or the Child User through SDKs and similar technologies. For specifics, please refer to the section on "Third-party SDK Information Collection" in "1. Information Collection" of the JegoTrip Privacy Policy for details. If we need to collect and use Child Users' personal information beyond the aforementioned scope, we will seek the guardian's consent again.

Please note that in the vast majority of circumstances, we cannot identify and will not judge whether the personal information collected and processed belongs to Child Users. We will collect and process users' personal information in accordance with the JegoTrip Privacy Policy.

Exceptions to Obtaining Authorization and Consent: According to relevant laws and regulations, collecting Child Users' information in the following circumstances does not require the authorization and consent of the Child User's guardian:

• Related to our fulfillment of obligations stipulated by laws and regulations;
• Related to national security, defense security, public security, public health, or significant public interests;
• Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments, etc.;
• Where it is necessary to protect the life, property, and other significant legitimate rights and interests of the Child User but it is difficult to obtain the guardian's consent;
• Where the information collected is disclosed to the public by the Child User or guardian on their own initiative;
• Where information is collected from legally publicly disclosed information, such as through lawful news reports, government information disclosure, and other channels;
• Where necessary for concluding and performing relevant agreements or other written documents with you or the Child User;
• Where necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of our Products and Services, such as discovering and handling faults in our Products and Services;
• Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

2. How We Share, Disclose, and Transfer Children's Personal Information

We undertake to strictly keep Child Users' personal information confidential and will only share it externally in compliance with the descriptions in this Policy and with your explicit authorization and consent. For details, please refer to the section "4. Information sharing, disclosure and transfer" of the JegoTrip Privacy Policy.

In addition to the content described in section "4. Information sharing, disclosure and transfer" of the JegoTrip Privacy Policy, for Child Users' personal information, we will also take the following measures to protect its security during sharing, disclosure, and transfer:

If it is necessary to share Child Users' personal information with a third party for the purposes described in this Policy, we will assess the legality, legitimacy, necessity, and security of that third party's collection of Child Users' personal information.

We will require the third party to take protective measures for Child Users' personal information and strictly comply with relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements. We will require the third party receiving Child Users' personal information to abide by strict confidentiality obligations and take effective confidentiality measures, prohibit them from using such Child Users' personal information for purposes not authorized by the Child User and their guardian, and require the entrusted company to legally fulfill the following obligations:

• Process Child Users' personal information in accordance with legal and administrative regulations and our requirements;
• Assist us in responding to applications made by the Child User's guardian;
• Take measures to ensure information security and promptly provide feedback to us in the event of a Child User personal information security breach;
• Promptly delete Child Users' personal information upon termination of the entrustment relationship;
• Not sub-entrust the processing;
• Other obligations for the protection of Child Users' personal information should be fulfilled according to law.

Furthermore, we will obtain your consent as required by laws and regulations, or confirm that the third party has obtained your consent.

3. How We Store Children's Personal Information

We will store the Child Users' personal information provided and generated during your use of the JegoTrip APP in accordance with the relevant provisions of "5. Information Storage and Security" of the JegoTrip Privacy Policy.

In order to provide you with our products or services, we will store the personal information of child users on corresponding compliant server nodes based on the country or region where you are located. For details on the specific storage location, please refer to the relevant provisions in Section “5. Information Storage and Security” of the JegoTrip Privacy Policy.

We will take reasonably feasible measures to endeavor to avoid collecting and processing irrelevant personal information of Child Users. We will only retain Child Users' personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Policy, unless laws mandate retention requirements. For how we determine the storage period of Child Users' personal information, please refer to "5. Information Storage and Security" of the JegoTrip Privacy Policy. If we terminate the service or operations, we will promptly stop collecting Child Users' personal information. Simultaneously, we will comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements to notify guardians in advance, and delete or anonymize Child Users' personal information after service or operation termination, unless otherwise stipulated by laws, regulations, or regulatory authorities.

4. How We Protect Children's Personal Information

We place great importance on the privacy and security of Child Users and take all reasonably feasible measures to protect Child Users' personal information:

We strictly control access permissions to Child Users' personal information, apply the principle of minimum necessary authorization to staff who may have access to it, and employ technical measures to record and control staff's handling of Child Users' personal information to prevent unlawful copying or downloading.

We regularly organize relevant internal personnel for emergency response training and drills to equip them with their job responsibilities, emergency response strategies, and procedures. In the unfortunate event of a Child User personal information security incident, we will, in accordance with legal requirements, promptly inform the Child User and their guardian of: the basic situation of the security incident and its potential impact, the measures we have taken or will take, recommendations for the Child User and guardian to independently prevent and reduce risks, and remedial measures for the Child User and guardian. We will promptly inform the Child User and their guardian of the relevant situation of the incident through means such as notifications or announcements. When it is difficult to notify individually, we will issue relevant warning information through reasonable and effective means. Simultaneously, we will also proactively report the handling of the Child User personal information security incident to regulatory authorities as required. If the legitimate rights and interests of the Child User and their guardian are damaged, we will bear corresponding legal responsibilities.

5. Your Control Over Children's Personal Information

(1) Withdrawal of Consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of children's personal information. You may contact us to withdraw consent using the contact methods provided in the JegoTrip Privacy Policy. We will process it in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, but the legality of our processing of children's personal information prior to the formal withdrawal of consent will not be affected. Please note: Once you withdraw your consent, you and/or the child may no longer be able to continue using the products and/or services we provide that are related to the child's personal information.

(2) Access, Copy, Correction, Supplementation, Deletion, or Cancellation of Children's Personal Information

To facilitate you or the child in accessing and managing the child's personal information more conveniently during the use of our products and services, while safeguarding the rights of the relevant personal information subjects, you and the child may follow the guidance in "6. Your rights" of the JegoTrip Privacy Policy, or contact us directly using the contact methods provided in the JegoTrip Privacy Policy.

If we cease operations, we will promptly stop collecting children's personal information and notify you by means such as notifications or announcements. Subsequently, we will delete or anonymize the children's personal information.

(3) Restriction or Refusal of Processing of Children's Personal Information

If you wish to restrict or refuse our processing of one or several items of children's personal information, you may contact us using the contact methods provided in the JegoTrip Privacy Policy. However, this may result in the child being unable to continue using the corresponding products and/or services we provide.

6. Revision of This Policy

We may revise this Policy from time to time. When the terms of this Policy change, we will present the updated policy to you via an APP pop-up upon version update. Please read the changed policy content carefully. If you continue to use our Products and Services, it means that you agree to our collection, use, storage, and protection of Child Users' personal information in accordance with the updated policy.

1. 我们如何收集和使用儿童个人信息

我们会严格履行法律法规规定的儿童个人信息保护义务与责任，遵循正当必要、知情同意、目的明确、安全保障、依法利用的原则，在征得监护人的同意后收集和使用儿童用户个人信息。您在使用我们的产品或服务中主动向我们提供儿童用户的个人信息，例如您为儿童用户购买机票、其他旅游商品或服务，表示您已经同意我们收集和按照本政策的内容使用儿童用户的个人信息。

您在使用我们的产品及服务过程中，我们为向您或者儿童用户提供我们的产品及服务，我们可能会收集和使用儿童用户的个人信息，涉及：姓名、证件号、手机号，用于为儿童购买机票、火车票、门票等商品或服务。

您使用上述产品及服务时向我们主动提供儿童的个人信息，表示您已经同意我们按照本规则之规定收集和使用儿童的个人信息。

有关具体的使用目的、收集个人信息的范围以及拒绝提供相应信息的后果请您查阅《JegoTrip隐私政策》进行详细了解。

此外，我们可能也会通过 SDK 及同类技术自动收集您或儿童用户的个人信息，具体请您查阅《JegoTrip隐私政策》 “1.信息收集” 中关于“第三方SDK信息收集” 的部分进行详细了解。如我们需要超出上述范围收集和使用儿童用户个人信息，我们将再次征得监护人的同意。

请您注意，绝大多数情形下我们无法识别且不会判断收集和处理的个人信息是否属于儿童用户个人信息，我们将按照《JegoTrip隐私政策》收集和处理用户的个人信息。

征得授权同意的例外 ：根据相关法律法规规定，以下情形中收集儿童用户的信息无需征得儿童用户监护人的授权同意：

• 与我们履行法律法规规定的义务相关的；
• 与国家安全、国防安全、公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益有关的；
• 与犯罪侦查、起诉、审判和判决执行等有关的；
• 出于维护儿童用户的生命、财产等重大合法权益但又很难得到监护人同意的；
• 所收集的信息是儿童用户或监护人自行向社会公众公开的；
• 从合法公开披露的信息中收集信息的，如合法的新闻报道、政府信息公开等渠道；
• 根据与您或儿童用户签订和履行相关协议或其他书面文件所必需的；
• 用于维护我们的产品及服务的安全稳定运行所必需的，例如发现、处置我们的产品及服务的故障；
• 法律法规规定的其他情形。

2. 我们如何共享、披露和转移儿童个人信息

我们承诺对儿童用户个人信息进行严格保密，仅在符合本政策说明和您明确授权同意的情况下对外共享儿童用户个人信息。具体请参见《JegoTrip隐私政策》“4.信息共享、披露和转移” 部分。

除了《JegoTrip隐私政策》“4.信息共享、披露和转移” 部分所述的内容外，对于儿童用户个人信息，我们还将会采取如下措施来保护儿童用户个人信息在共享、披露和转移过程中的安全：

如果为了本政策所述目的而需要将儿童用户个人信息共享至第三方，我们将评估该第三方收集儿童用户个人信息的合法性、正当性、必要性、安全性。

我们将要求第三方对儿童用户个人信息采取保护措施，并且严格遵守相关法律法规与监管要求。我们会要求接收儿童用户个人信息的第三方遵守严格的保密义务及采取有效的保密措施，禁止其将这些儿童用户个人信息用于未经儿童用户及其监护人授权的用途，并要求受托公司依法履行以下义务：

• 按照法律、行政法规的规定和我们的要求处理儿童用户个人信息；
• 协助我们回应儿童用户监护人提出的申请；
• 采取措施保障信息安全，并在发生儿童用户个人信息泄露安全事件时，及时向我们反馈；
• 委托关系解除时及时删除儿童用户个人信息；
• 不得转委托；
• 其他依法应当履行的儿童用户个人信息保护义务。

另外，我们会按照法律法规的要求征得您的同意，或确认第三方已经征得您同意。

3. 我们如何储存儿童个人信息

我们将根据《JegoTrip隐私政策》“5.信息存储与安全” 中的有关规定储存您在使用JegoTrip APP 中提供和产生的儿童用户个人信息。

为了向您提供产品或服务，我们将根据您所在的国家或地区，将儿童用户的个人信息存储于对应的合规服务器节点。关于具体的存储位置，请参阅《JegoTrip隐私政策》“5. 信息存储与安全”中的相关规定。

我们会采取合理可行的措施，尽力避免收集和处理无关的儿童用户的个人信息。我们只会在达成本政策所述目的所需的期限内保留儿童用户的个人信息，除非法律有强制的留存要求。 关于我们如何确定儿童用户个人信息存储期限请参见《JegoTrip隐私政策》“ 5.信息存储与安全”。如我们终止服务或运营，我们将及时停止继续收集儿童用户个人信息的活动，同时会遵守相关法律法规要求提前向监护人通知，并在终止服务或运营后对儿童用户的个人信息进行删除或匿名化处理，但法律法规或监管部门另有规定的除外。

4. 我们如何保护儿童个人信息

我们非常重视儿童用户的隐私安全，并采取一切合理可行的措施，保护儿童用户个人信息：

我们会严格控制儿童用户个人信息的访问权限，对可能接触到儿童用户个人信息的工作人员采取最小够用授权原则，并采取技术措施对工作人员处理儿童用户个人信息的行为进行记录和管控，避免违法复制、下载儿童用户个人信息。

我们会定期组织内部相关人员进行应急响应培训和应急演练，使其掌握岗位职责和应急处置策略和规程。在不幸发生儿童用户个人信息安全事件后，我们将按照法律法规的要求，及时向儿童用户及其监护人告知：安全事件的基本情况和可能的影响、我们已采取或将要采取的处置措施、儿童用户及其监护人可自主防范和降低风险的建议、对儿童用户及其监护人的补救措施等。我们将及时将事件相关情况以通知或公告等方式告知儿童用户及其监护人。难以逐一告知时，我们会采取合理、有效的方式发布相关警示信息。同时，我们还将按照监管部门要求，主动上报儿童用户个人信息安全事件的处置情况。若儿童用户及其监护人的合法权益受损，我们将承担相应的法律责任。

5. 您对于儿童个人信息的控制权

（1）撤回同意

您有权要求撤回对我们处理儿童个人信息的同意，您可以通过《JegoTrip隐私政策》提供的联络方式联系我们撤回，我们将按照有关法律规定进行处理，但在同意被正式撤回之前我们处理儿童个人信息的合法性不受影响。请您知悉：一旦您撤回同意， 您及/或 儿童可能无法继续使用我们提供的 与儿童个人信息相关的 产品与/或服务。

（2）儿童个人信息的查阅、复制、更正、补充、删除或注销

为了您或儿童在使用我们的产品及服务期间可以更加便捷地访问和管理儿童的个人信息，同时保障相关个人信息主体权利，您和儿童可以按照《JegoTrip隐私政策》“6.您的权利”的指引进行操作，或可直接通过《JegoTrip隐私政策》的联系方式与我们联系。

若我们停止运营，我们将及时停止收集儿童个人信息，并通过通知或公告等形式通知您。此后，我们将对儿童个人信息进行删除或匿名化处理。

（3）儿童个人信息限制处理、拒绝处理

如您希望限制或拒绝我们处理某一项或某几项儿童个人信息，可通过《JegoTrip隐私政策》提供的联络方式与我们联系。但这有可能会导致儿童无法继续使用我们提供的相应产品与/或服务。

6. 本政策的修订

我们可能会适时对本政策进行修订。当本政策的条款发生变更时，我们会在版本更新时以APP弹窗的形式向您展示变更后的政策。请您仔细阅读变更后的政策内容，若您继续使用我们的产品或服务，即表示您同意我们按照更新后的政策收集、使用、存储和保护儿童用户的个人信息。
