We will, in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, adopt corresponding security protection measures to strive to protect the security and controllability of your personal information.

We hope that through the "JegoTrip Privacy Policy" (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") and its summary, we can explain to you (hereinafter referred to as "the user") how the JegoTrip client application (hereinafter referred to as "this client") collects, uses, stores, and shares your personal information, as well as how you can exercise your privacy rights. 1. Information Collection

To ensure that you can use the products or services of this App normally, we may need to collect and use the following information about you. These functions and services are necessary permissions for the App to implement basic functions. If you refuse to provide them, the implementation of basic functions will be affected.

Scope of necessary personal information collection:

(1) The mobile phone number or other real identity information of the registered user (the App provider provides multiple options for the user to choose one).

(2) Travel destination and travel time of the traveller.

(3) Name, type and number of the traveller's certificate.

We collect personal information in the following ways, including but not limited to:

(1) Information you voluntarily provide when registering an account, using the Services, participating in activities or interacting with us.

(2) Information automatically collected by us through technical means when you use our services.

(3) Information obtained from third parties through legal channels.

(1) Login-based

When you use the App's functions such as registration, account cancellation, SMS verification code login, and automatic login, in order to ensure the normal operation of the login service and verify the legitimacy and security of the device and login identity, you need to provide the Jegotrip username, mobile phone number, email address, Login credentials (password or SMS verification code), profile picture, nickname, network IP address, UUID (Android system only), IDFV (iOS system only), network type, and mobile phone brand to complete the login verification.

(2) eSIM and SIM Card Management Services

When you use the global data eSIM purchase, activation, CMLink SIM card top-up, inquiry, plan change, or multi-number management services provided by this App:

  • To provide you with the global data eSIM service, you will need to provide your phone number and eSIM identifier (ICCID) , which are used to complete the purchase and activation of your eSIM plan.
  • To provide SIM card top-up, payment, and plan management services, you will need to provide your phone number, which is used to identify the SIM card binding relationship and complete the corresponding service operations.

(3) Transportation and travel services

When you book train tickets or flight tickets, in order to complete the ticket purchase and issuance, passenger identity verification, itinerary notifications, and after-sales services, you will need to provide different types of information depending on the booking method.

  • Booking Train Tickets: You will need to provide the passenger's name, gender, date of birth, email address, nationality, mobile phone number, document type, document number, and document expiration date.
  • Booking Flight Tickets: You will need to provide the passenger's name, gender, date of birth, mobile phone number, address (for US/Canada routes only), nationality, document type, document number, issuing place of the document, and document expiration date.

(4) Travel and Lifestyle Services

When you book hotels or day tour product tickets, you may need to provide different categories of information depending on the specific service type.

  • Booking Hotels: To complete the hotel reservation, confirm your check-in, and facilitate order communication, you will need to provide your name, mobile phone number, and email address.
  • Booking Day Tour Product Tickets: To complete ticket verification, admission redemption, itinerary notifications, and to meet the identity and qualification verification requirements of the scenic spots or venues, you will need to provide name (in Chinese), name (in English/Pinyin), nationality, date of birth, email address, phone number, document type, document number, issuance date, document expiration date, and gender.

(5) Customer Service and Account Services

When you use functions such as online customer service, message feedback, password retrieval, and CMLink customer service, we need to collect and use your: photo and video information (including video content, video duration, sound), recording permission, location information, Carrier Name, mobile phone number, email address, order time, order number, order status, order amount, personal name, and detailed address information. If not provided, the corresponding customer service or account service functions cannot be used.

(6) Frequently Used Information Management

When you use the frequently used information management function to add or save frequent travelers (for booking day tour products, attraction tickets, hotels, flights, and train tickets) and frequent contacts (for quickly filling in contact information), we need to collect the information you actively provide:

  • Traveler information: name, nationality, date of birth, gender, document type, document number, document expiration date
  • Contact information: name, phone number, email address
    If not provided, the frequently used information management function cannot be used (but this does not affect your ability to manually enter information to complete bookings).

(7) Payment Service Based

When you use the payment function in this App, we need to read your payment software installation list so that you can choose the payment function more conveniently.

2. Purpose

The main purpose of our information collection is to provide you with a safe, smooth and efficient customized experience. Subject to your valid consent under applicable laws, we will collect and use, or authorize third-party service providers to collect and use on our behalf, your personal information with your permission or as necessary:

  • Accept, process or transmit orders generated via our App, issue invoices to you or notify you of the order status;
  • Provide you with product business functions or other services (as described when we collect information);
  • Optimize user experience (enabling Single Sign-On access to partner platforms); Provide customer support and troubleshooting;
  • Compare the accuracy of the information;
  • Notify you of service updates and failures;
  • Request feedback or participate in an online questionnaire survey;
  • Resolve disputes;
  • Verify your identity;
  • Improve our software, services or websites;
  • Plan and execute our marketing or promotional activities / offers and similar activities;
  • Provide certain software, features and websites free of charge through advertising support;
  • Protect your and our interests, especially including enforcing our Terms of Service and preventing and combating fraud;
  • Review feedback and improve software, services or websites;
  • Contact you and send messages regarding faults and service issues;
  • Notify you by email, software or SMS of final claims information regarding your use of our software, products or websites, including claims of infringement of third - party rights;
  • After you actively fill in and authorize, we will provide your necessary personal information to the service provider to ensure that you can use the service completely, including the following scenarios:
  • Synchronize the order information to the service providers of air tickets, train tickets and hotels so that they can provide you with complete reservation services;
  • Provide the order information to the physical goods supplier so that the supplier can accurately deliver the goods to the address you specify;
  • Provide order information to tourism product suppliers so that they can provide you with complete reservation services.

3. How to use cookies and similar technologies

If you visit any of our websites, CMI may use cookies and similar technologies to store information about you and your preferences. Cookies are small text files that transfer to your device.

These technologies enable us to maintain your session information, remember your preferences, and provide continuous service across pages or sessions, thereby enhancing your user experience and website/App functionality. You have the right to control these technologies. You can clear all cookies and similar technology data saved on your device at any time, or adjust your acceptance level (e.g., accept only necessary cookies) through your browser or device settings, or choose to reject non-essential cookies and similar technologies. Please note that disabling certain cookies and similar technologies, especially strictly necessary ones, may result in some features of our website or App not functioning properly or a degraded user experience.

4. Information sharing, disclosure and transfer

Except as otherwise provided below, CMI will not sell, rent, trade or transfer any personal and/or traffic data or communications content without your affirmative consent, unless CMI is required to do so by applicable law or a government entity.

CMI may disclose personal information to respond to legal requirements, to enforce our legal rights or defend against claims, to protect CMI's interests, to combat fraud and to enforce our policies or to protect the rights, property or safety of any person.

CMI, CMI's local partners, or the carriers or companies facilitating your communications may provide personal information, content and/or traffic data to Appropriate judicial, law enforcement or government entities legally requesting such information. Subject to your affirmative consent (if CMI is required to obtain such consent under applicable law), your personal information may be provided to companies located outside of your region ("Region") to provide services to you, and these companies may be suppliers or affiliates of CMI. Your personal information and traffic data will only be accessed by authorized employees or third parties, and will be retained only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes of collection or directly related purposes, unless retention is required to comply with any applicable legal or contractual obligations.

Depending on the country or region where you are located, your personal information will be stored on the corresponding server node:

  • Users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom: stored at the Frankfurt node in Germany;
  • Users in Malaysia: stored at the Malaysia node;
  • Users in the Asia-Pacific and other regions: stored at our headquarters node in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China.

Data transmission to the above storage nodes will be carried out via dedicated encrypted lines to ensure security during transmission.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, and delete your personal information in the course of using our products or services. The method for accessing, modifying, or deleting your information will depend on the specific services you use. When accessing, modifying, or deleting your personal information, we may ask you to authenticate your identity to ensure the security of your account.

7. Juvenile Information Protection

If you are a minor, we require you to ask your guardian to carefully read this Privacy Policy and to use our services or provide information to us only with the consent of your guardian.

If you are a parent or other guardian of a minor, please pay attention to whether the minor under your guardianship is using our services after obtaining your authorization and consent. (2) eSIM 与 SIM 卡管理服务

当您使用本App提供的全球数据卡 eSIM 购买、激活、CMLink SIM 卡充值、查询、套餐变更、一卡多号管理服务时:

  • 为向您提供全球数据卡eSIM服务,你需要提供手机号码、eSIM 标识符(ICCID),用于完成eSIM套餐的购买与激活。
  • 为向您提供 SIM 卡的充值缴费和套餐管理服务,你需要提供您的手机号码,用于识别 SIM 卡绑定关系、完成对应服务操作。

(3) 交通与旅行服务

当您预订火车票、机票时,为完成机票购买与出票、旅客身份核验、行程通知及售后服务,根据预订方式的不同,您需要提供不同类型的信息。

  • 预订火车票:您需要提供乘客姓名、性别、出生日期、电子邮件、国籍、手机号码、证件类型、证件号码、证件有效期。
  • 预订机票:您需要提供乘客姓名、性别、出生日期、手机号码、地址(仅限美国/加拿大航线)、国籍、证件类型、证件号码、证件签发地、证件有效期。

(4) 旅行与生活服务

当您预订酒店、日游产品门票时,根据不同的服务类别,您可能需要提供不同类别的信息。

  • 预订酒店:为完成酒店预订、入住确认及订单沟通,您需要提供姓名、手机号码、邮箱;
  • 预订日游产品门票:为完成门票核验、入园核销、行程通知及满足景区 / 场馆身份与资质核验要求,您需要提供姓名(中文)、姓名(英文/拼音)、国籍、出生日期、电子邮件、电话号码、证件类型、证件号码、签发日期、证件有效期、性别。

(5) 客服与账号服务

您在使用在线客服、留言反馈、密码找回、CMLink客户服务等功能时,我们需要收集和使用您的:照片和视频信息(包括视频内容、视频时长、声音)、录音权限、位置信息、运营商名称、手机号码、邮箱、订单时间、订单编号、订单状态、订单金额、个人姓名、详细地址信息。若不提供,则无法使用对应的客服或账号服务功能。

(6) 常用信息管理

当您使用常用信息管理功能,添加或保存常用旅行人(用于预订日游产品门票、酒店、机票、火车票)和常用联系人(用于快速填充联系信息)时,我们需要收集您主动提供的:

  • 旅行人信息:姓名、国籍、出生日期、性别、证件类型、证件号码、证件有效期
  • 联系人信息:姓名、电话、邮箱

若不提供,则无法使用常用信息管理功能(但不影响您手动输入信息完成预订)。

(7) 基于支付服务

当您使用本App中的支付功能时,我们需要读取您的支付软件安装列表,以便您更方便地选择支付功能。

2. 目的

我们信息收集的主要目的是为您提供安全、顺畅和高效的定制化体验。根据您在适用法律下的有效同意,我们将在获得您许可或必要时收集和使用,或授权第三方服务提供商代表我们收集和使用您的个人信息:

  • 接收、处理或传输通过我们App生成的订单,向您开具发票或通知您订单状态;

(3) Trasporti e viaggi:Prenotazioni di biglietti treno/volo, informazioni personali del passeggero (nome, sesso, data di nascita, email, nazionalità, numero di telefono, tipo e numero documento).

(4) Servizi turistici e di intrattenimento:Prenotazioni tour giornalieri, biglietti, ecc.

(5) Servizio clienti e account:foto/video, audio, posizione, operatore, telefono, email, dettagli ordine, nome e indirizzo completo.

(6) Gestione informazioni frequenti:nome, nazionalità, data di nascita, sesso, tipo e numero documento, scadenza documento (viaggiatore); nome, telefono, email (contatto).

(7) Servizi di pagamento:accesso alla lista delle app di pagamento per facilitare la scelta del metodo di pagamento.

2. Finalità della raccolta

Le informazioni vengono raccolte principalmente per offrire un'esperienza sicura, fluida e personalizzata. Con il tuo consenso, o se necessario per legge, le informazioni possono essere raccolte e utilizzate da noi o da fornitori di servizi terzi per conto nostro per:

  • Gestire ordini, fatturazione e notifiche.
  • Fornire servizi, supporto clienti e risoluzione problemi.

I dati sono archiviati sui server di Hong Kong, forniti da Alibaba Cloud Computing Limited.
