This mobile application ("App" or “JegoTrip” ) is operated by China Mobile International Limited. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") sets out the basis which by China Mobile International Limited ("CMI", "we", "us" or "our") may collect, use, disclose or otherwise process personal data of users in accordance with relevant personal data protection legislations and regulations. This Policy applies to personal data in our possession or under our control, including personal data in the possession of organisations which we have engaged to collect, use, disclose or process personal data for our purposes. Your use of the App, including your purchase of our goods and services through the App's website, is subject to the App Terms and Conditions. By using the App, you accept the App Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. We shall seek your consent before collecting any additional personal data and before using your personal data for a purpose which has not been notified to you (except where permitted or authorised by law).
To ensure that you can use the products or services of this App normally, we may need to collect and use the following information about you. These functions and services are necessary permissions for the App to implement basic functions. If you refuse to provide them, the implementation of basic functions will be affected.

(1) The mobile phone number or other real identity information of the registered user (the App provider provides multiple options for the user to choose one).

When you use the App's functions such as registration, account cancellation, SMS verification code login, and automatic login, in order to ensure the normal operation of the login service and verify the legitimacy and security of the device and login identity, you need to provide the Jegotrip username, mobile phone number, email address, Login credentials (password or SMS verification code), profile picture, nickname, network IP address, UUID (Android system only), IDFV (iOS system only), network type, and mobile phone brand to complete the login verification.
When you use the global data eSIM purchase, activation, CMLink SIM card top-up, inquiry, plan change, or multi-number management services provided by this App:
When you book train tickets or flight tickets, in order to complete the ticket purchase and issuance, passenger identity verification, itinerary notifications, and after-sales services, you will need to provide different types of information depending on the booking method.
When you book hotels or day tour product tickets, you may need to provide different categories of information depending on the specific service type.
When you use functions such as online customer service, message feedback, password retrieval, and CMLink customer service, we need to collect and use your: photo and video information (including video content, video duration, sound), recording permission, location information, Carrier Name, mobile phone number, email address, order time, order number, order status, order amount, personal name, and detailed address information. If not provided, the corresponding customer service or account service functions cannot be used.
When you use the frequently used information management function to add or save frequent travelers (for booking day tour products, attraction tickets, hotels, flights, and train tickets) and frequent contacts (for quickly filling in contact information), we need to collect the information you actively provide:
When you use the payment function in this App, we need to read your payment software installation list so that you can choose the payment function more conveniently.
To improve your experience, we may collect and use your personal information based on the following permissions of your mobile device operating system. If you do not provide the following information, you can still use our other products and services.
These functions may require you to enable access to your device's location, camera, photo album, external storage, address book, microphone. You can find the App details in your device settings, click on the permissions to view the status of the above permissions, and decide to enable or disable these permissions at any time.
Please note that by enabling these permissions, you authorize us to collect and use your personal information for the purpose of providing the above functions. The consent that you provide for the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data will remain valid until such time it is being withdrawn by you. To provide you with comprehensive booking services, with your explicit authorization, your personal information may be transferred to the servers of our third-party service providers for processing and storage. Such third-party servers may be located outside the regions mentioned above, but their data processing activities will strictly comply with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws. JegoTrip will make reasonable efforts to maintain appropriate physical, electronic, and organizational procedures to ensure that your personal information and other data are processed securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We will protect such data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Specific measures include: implementing multi-level identity authentication mechanisms, including password authentication and multi-factor authentication, to prevent unauthorized access; using SSL/TLS protocols to encrypt user data during transmission to ensure information security; encrypting sensitive personal information during storage to ensure data is protected at all stages; strictly controlling and managing encryption keys to prevent leakage and ensure the effectiveness of encryption measures. After the retention period expires, we will anonymize the data.
Despite the above measures, please understand that no security measures can be entirely impenetrable. Therefore, we do not represent, warrant, or guarantee that your personal information will always be absolutely secure. To the extent that we have fulfilled our legal obligations, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense you may suffer or incur as a result of unauthorized access to or use of your personal information.
JegoTrip will delete your stored personal information within three working days after receiving your account cancellation request, unless an extended retention period is required to comply with applicable laws or to assist competent authorities in their investigations. For example, in accordance with Article 31 of the Electronic Commerce Law of the People's Republic of China, we are required to retain transaction information for no less than three years (this provision applies only to users in China). Data that exceeds the retention period will be anonymized or securely deleted.

Except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, you may request us to delete your personal information under the following circumstances, and we will respond to your request in a timely manner:
If the retention period stipulated by laws and administrative regulations has not expired, or if it is technically difficult to delete personal information, we will stop processing your personal information except for storage and taking necessary security protection measures.
If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the entities that have obtained your personal information from us to delete it in a timely manner, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations or these entities have obtained your independent authorization.

Please note that revoking consent may prevent us from continuing to provide you with full services, but it will not affect the legality of personal information processing activities conducted based on your consent before the revocation.
If you no longer use the JegoTrip products and services and do not wish to retain your JegoTrip account, you may Apply for account deletion.
Application for cancellation: After logging in to the App, you can find this function in "Account" - "Account Management" - "Delete Account", and follow the process to operate; you can also directly contact customer service to apply for deletion of the account.
Please note that in order to protect the interests of users, after the user Applies for cancellation, the system will check whether the user's order has ended and give the user a prompt. If there is an outstanding order, the user needs to end the order (cancel, unsubscribe or use up) before performing the deletion operation.
If there is no such situation, the deletion will be processed immediately and the user will be notified.
If we cease operations, we will promptly discontinue the collection of your personal information and notify you by means such as notifications or announcements. Subsequently, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.
You may contact us as described in the "Contact Us" section of this Policy to request a copy of the information you have generated on our website. In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, you may request us to transfer your personal information to a third party of your choice, we will provide you with the means to effect such transfer.

(3)If you are the parent or other guardian of a Juvenile, after logging into the APP, you can query, correct, and delete the minor’s personal information through “Account” - “Saved Info”. We will delete the minor’s personal information as soon as possible after verification.

When you, as a guardian, choose to use JegoTrip’s travel services for the child under your guardianship, we may need to collect the child’s personal information from you as necessary to provide the services to you. If you have any comments, suggestions, or complaints regarding matters related to children’s personal information, please contact us. If you are a minor under the age of 14 in mainland China, please notify your guardian to read and accept our “JegoTrip Children’s Personal Information Protection Rules and Guardian Notice” together with you, and seek their consent and guidance before you use JegoTrip services and submit personal information.
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time without any prior notice. When we revise this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this Privacy Policy. 为向您提供完整的预订服务,在您主动填写并授权后,您的个人信息可能会转移至我们的第三方服务提供商的服务器进行处理和存储。这些第三方服务器可能位于上述区域之外,但其数据处理行为将严格遵守本隐私政策及适用法律的要求。第三方将仅为实现服务目的而处理您的信息,并承担相应的安全保护义务。
JegoTrip 将做出合理努力,维持适当的物理、电子和组织程序,以确保您的个人信息和其他数据得到安全处理并符合本隐私政策。我们将防止此类数据受到未经授权的访问、更改、披露或破坏。具体措施包括:我们采取多层次的身份鉴别机制,包括密码认证及多因素认证,以防止未经授权的访问。同时,用户数据在传输过程中全程采用SSL/TLS协议加密,确保信息安全不被窃取。在数据存储环节,针对敏感个人信息进行加密处理,确保数据在任何环节均处于安全保护状态。我们严格控制和管理加密密钥,防止密钥泄露,保障加密措施的有效实施,超期我们将采取匿名化处理。
尽管我们采取了上述措施,但请您理解,没有任何安全措施能够做到完全无懈可击。因此,我们不声明、保证或承诺您的个人信息将始终绝对安全。如果我们已履行了法律规定的义务,对于因未经授权访问或使用您的个人信息而可能使您遭受的任何损失、损害、成本或费用,我们将不承担责任。
JegoTrip 将在收到您注销账户请求后的三个工作日内删除您存储的个人信息,除非需要延长保留期以遵守适用法律或协助主管当局的调查。例如,根据《中华人民共和国电子商务法》第三十一条规定,我们需保留您的交易信息不少于3年(仅针对中国地区的用户)。对于超过保留期限的数据,我们将采取匿名化处理或安全删除。
在您使用我们 App 期间,为了让您更方便地访问和管理您的个人信息,并保护您作为个人信息主体的权利,您可以参考以下操作指南。
登录 App 后,您可以通过以下路径管理您的个人信息:
除法律法规另有规定外,在以下情况下,您可以要求我们删除您的个人信息,我们将及时响应您的请求:
如果法律、行政法规规定的保存期限未届满,或者删除个人信息从技术上难以实现的,我们将停止除存储和采取必要的安全保护措施之外的处理。
如果我们决定响应您的删除请求,我们还将同时通知从我们处获得您个人信息的实体及时删除,除非法律法规另有规定,或者这些实体已获得您的独立授权。
您可以通过以下路径撤回您对我们继续收集使用个人信息的同意:打开App,点击我的 -> 设置 -> 关于我们 ->隐私政策 ->撤回同意协议,点击即可撤销。
请注意,撤回同意可能导致我们无法继续为您提供完整的服务,但不影响撤回前基于您同意已进行的个人信息处理活动的合法性。
如果您不再使用 JegoTrip 产品和服务,并且不希望保留您的 JegoTrip 账户,您可以申请删除账户。
申请注销:登录 App 后,您可以在"我的" - "账户管理" - "删除账户"中找到此功能,并按照流程操作;您也可以直接联系客服申请删除账户。
请注意,为保护用户利益,用户申请注销后,系统会检查用户的订单是否已结束并给予用户提示。如果有未完成的订单,用户需要先结束订单(取消、退订或用完)才能执行删除操作。
如果没有这种情况,将立即处理删除并通知用户。
若我们停止运营,我们将及时停止收集您的个人信息,并通过通知或公告等形式通知您。此后,我们将对您的个人信息进行删除或匿名化处理。
您可以按照本政策"联系我们"部分所述方式联系我们,请求获取您在我们网站上生成的信息副本。根据相关法律法规,您可以要求我们将您的个人信息转移给您选择的第三方,我们将为您提供实现此转移的方式。
除非已故用户生前另有安排,我们保证已故用户的近亲属有权为其自身的合法、正当利益,查阅、复制、更正、删除已故用户的相关个人信息。具体响应方式参照上述规则执行。
如果您无法通过上述方式访问、复制、更正、补充、转移或删除您的个人信息,或者您需要访问、复制、更正、补充、转移或删除您使用我们服务时产生的其他个人信息,或者您认为我们在个人信息处理方面违反了任何法律法规或与您的约定,您可以通过本政策与我们联系沟通。为确保安全,我们可能需要验证您的身份。我们将在收到您的反馈并验证您的身份后的15日内对您的请求作出回应。
此外,根据相关法律、法规和监管要求,在以下情况下,我们可能无法响应您的请求:
对于合理的请求,我们不收取费用,但对于多次重复、超出合理限度的请求,我们可能会收取合理费用。我们可能会拒绝那些过于重复、需要 过度技术努力(例如,开发新系统或根本改变现有实践)、危及他人隐私或极不切实际(例如,涉及备份磁带上的信息)的请求。
(1)我们期望父母或监护人指导未成年人(中国内地、香港:18周岁以下;其他地区:请参考当地适用法律法规)使用我们的服务。未经监护人同意,未成年人不得注册本App。我们仅在适用法律允许或为保护未成年人所必需的情况下使用和披露未成年人的个人信息。我们将根据适用法律保护未成年人信息的机密性和安全性。
(2)如果您是未成年人,请请您的监护人阅读本隐私政策。您使用本App即表示您已获得父母或其他监护人的同意使用我们的服务或向我们提供您的个人信息。在某些司法管辖区,根据适用法律,未成年人的个人信息被视为敏感数据。我们仅在您父母或其他监护人明确授权和同意,且适用法律允许以及为保护您的权利和利益所必需的情况下,才会处理您的个人信息。处理信息的具体类型和规则将严格遵守本隐私政策中关于个人信息的有关规定。如果您的监护人不同意您使用 JegoTrip 的服务或 JegoTrip 根据本隐私政策处理您的个人信息,请立即停止使用 JegoTrip 的服务并及时通知我们,以便我们采取适当措施。
(3)如果您是未成年人的父母或其他监护人,您可以在APP端登录后,通过“我的” - “常用信息”对未成年人的个人信息进行查询、更正和删除操作。如果有事实证明未成年人并未取得监护人同意的情况下注册和使用了我们的服务,请通过本隐私政策中的联系方式与我们联系,我们会在确认后尽快删除未成年人的个人信息。
(4)对于不满14周岁的儿童个人信息,我们还会遵循正当必要、知情同意、目的明确、安全保障、依法利用的原则,按照中国《儿童个人信息网络保护规定》及相关法律法规的要求进行存储、使用、披露。当您作为监护人为被监护的儿童选择使用JegoTrip的旅行服务时,我们可能需要向您收集被监护的儿童个人信息,用于向您履行服务之必要。如果您不提供前述信息,您将无法享受我们提供的服务。如您对儿童个人信息相关事宜有任何意见、建议或投诉,请联系我们。如果您是中国内地未满14周岁的未成年人,请您通知您的监护人共同阅读并接受我们的 《JegoTrip儿童个人信息保护规则及监护人须知》并在您使用JegoTrip服务、提交个人信息之前,寻求其同意和指导。
我们可能会不时修订本隐私政策,恕不另行通知。当我们修订本隐私政策时,我们将更新本政策底部的"最后更新"日期。如果本隐私政策或我们使用您个人信息的方式发生重大变化,我们将通过 App 中的弹窗通知您更新后的隐私政策,并在您使用 JegoTrip App 前再次征得您的同意。您继续使用我们的服务即表示您承认并接受此类变更。
